Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil Extra virgin (optional to add this if you're using a specific type of olive oil)
  • 500 grams Beef Strips You can use beef cut into strips.
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 200 grams Mushrooms Sliced
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Flour For thickening

Instructions
 

  • 1. Brown the Beef:Instruction:
    In a large skillet, warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the beef strips and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 2. Prepare the Onion and Garlic:Instruction:
    Take the beef out of the skillet and set it aside. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened and fragrant.
  • 3. Add Ingredients to the Slow Cooker:Instruction:
    Transfer the browned beef, sautéed onions, garlic, mushrooms, and beef broth to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  • 4. Slow Cooking:Instruction:
    Set the slow cooker to low heat and cook for 6 hours until the beef is tender.
  • 5. Add the Sour Cream and Flour:Instruction:
    In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream and flour. Add to the slow cooker and stir well. Cook for another 30 minutes on low.
